Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-08-17
This Policy sets out what information Lazy Branding Studios LLC collects through this website, the purposes for which it is used, the parties with whom it is shared, the period for which it is retained, and the rights available to you in respect of it.
1. Introduction and Scope
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Lazy Branding Studios LLC ("Lazy Branding", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains information obtained through the website located at lazybranding.com (the "Site").
This Policy applies to all visitors and users of the Site, regardless of location. It does not apply to any third-party website, platform, or service linked from the Site, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please discontinue use of the Site.
2. Identity of the Controller
Lazy Branding Studios LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office in Sheridan, Wyoming. Lazy Branding is the party responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.
Enquiries relating to this Policy may be directed to hello@lazybranding.com or to the postal address set out in Section 16.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide to us. Specifically:
- Information submitted through forms. The contact, careers, and subscription forms collect your name, email address, and any content you enter into the message, role, budget, salary, website, resume, or portfolio fields.
- Brand audit answers. The brand audit records your name, your email address, whether you selected the consent option, and the answers you give about your brand and its public presence. Those answers may include your website address, the platforms you use and the follower, posting, and engagement figures you enter for them, your listing and review details, and the descriptions you write of your work and your audience.
- Brand audit results. We generate a report from your answers and store it alongside your submission, including the overall score, the grade, and the written findings and recommendations produced for you.
- Feedback on the brand audit. Where you rate the report at the end, we record the rating you give and either of the two comment fields you complete.
- Scheduling information. Where you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, and selected time, and transmits that booking to us.
- Technical and usage information. Our analytics records pages viewed, a limited set of interactions, general device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your internet protocol address.
We do not purchase personal information from third parties. We do not request telephone numbers, postal addresses, or social login credentials through the Site, and we do not process payments on the Site.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal information, and you should not submit such information to us through the Site.
4. Information Stored on Your Device
The persona you select, the first name you supply, and certain display preferences, including a reduced-graphics mode, are stored locally in your browser and are used solely to personalise your experience of the Site.
That information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us unless and until you submit a form. Clearing your browser storage removes it permanently.
5. Analytics and Measurement
We operate privacy-conscious analytics in order to understand which pages and sections are used. Our analytics is configured to run without cookies and does not place a persistent tracking identifier on your device.
We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting technologies, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
6. Purposes of Processing
We process personal information for the following purposes only:
- to respond to enquiries and to correspond with you;
- to prepare quotations and to perform services you have requested;
- to produce and deliver the brand audit you requested, and to discuss its findings with you;
- to assess applications submitted through the careers form;
- to send marketing communications where you have expressly opted in;
- to operate, secure, and improve the Site; and
- to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject.
Where a legal basis for processing is required, we rely upon your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site, and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable to the processing concerned.
7. Marketing Communications
We send marketing communications only where you have provided express consent by affirmatively selecting the relevant option on a form. Consent is never pre-selected on your behalf.
Every marketing communication contains a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. You may also withdraw consent at any time by contacting hello@lazybranding.com. Withdrawal is given effect promptly and without condition, and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Service Providers and Disclosure
We engage a limited number of service providers to operate the studio, and disclose to each only the information necessary for it to perform its function:
- our hosting and deployment provider, which hosts the Site (United States);
- our product analytics provider, configured without cookies (United States);
- our content management provider, which stores the Site's editorial content (European Union and United States);
- our database provider, which stores form submissions and brand audit records;
- our transactional and marketing email provider (United States);
- our enquiry and project management system, where submissions are received for triage (United States); and
- our scheduling provider, where you book a call (United States and European Union).
Where you leave positive comments about the brand audit, we may publish them on the Site as a review, together with the name you supplied and the rating you gave. Comments left in the separate field describing what we should improve are never published. You may ask us to remove a published comment at any time by writing to hello@lazybranding.com.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for the purpose of third-party advertising. We have not engaged in either practice during the preceding twelve months.
We may disclose personal information where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or in connection with the sale, merger, or reorganisation of all or part of our business, in which case the acquiring party will remain bound by the terms of this Policy.
9. International Transfers
Personal information collected through the Site is stored with the service providers identified in Section 8, which operate in the United States and the European Union.
We operate as a remote studio. Personnel and approved contractors may therefore access personal information from countries other than those in which it is stored, in each case solely for the purpose of performing the services described in this Policy.
Where a service provider requires them, transfers are made subject to contractual safeguards, including the standard contractual clauses.
10. Retention
We retain enquiry and project information for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter, as required to maintain our records and to satisfy legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.
Brand audit submissions, including the answers you gave and the report generated from them, are retained so that we can refer to the report if you contact us about it. You may request deletion at any time by writing to hello@lazybranding.com.
Subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Information no longer required for the purposes set out in this Policy is deleted or anonymised.
11. Security
We maintain technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we hold, including encryption of data in transit and access controls limiting access to personnel who require it.
No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should not transmit sensitive information to us through the Site.
12. Your Rights
We extend the following rights to every user of the Site, irrespective of your place of residence:
- the right to request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you, and to obtain a copy of it;
- the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- the right to request deletion of your information;
- the right to request that we restrict or cease a particular use;
- the right to withdraw any consent previously given; and
- the right to receive your information in a portable format.
Requests may be submitted to hello@lazybranding.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a request is complex, we will notify you of any extension and the reasons for it.
You may authorise another person to submit a request on your behalf. We will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requester before acting, and may decline to act where identity cannot be verified.
We will not discriminate against you, deny services to you, or vary the price or quality of our services because you have exercised any right under this Policy.
13. Do Not Track
Certain browsers transmit a Do Not Track signal. No uniform industry standard governs the interpretation of that signal, and the Site does not alter its behaviour in response to it. Irrespective of any such signal, we do not track users across third-party websites for advertising purposes.
14. Children
The Site is directed to a professional, adult audience. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of sixteen (16).
If you believe that a child has provided information to us, please contact hello@lazybranding.com and we will delete it promptly.
15. Amendments
We may amend this Policy from time to time. The date at the head of this Policy will be revised to reflect any amendment, and the amended Policy takes effect upon publication.
Your continued use of the Site following publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
16. Contact
Questions, requests, and complaints relating to this Policy should be addressed to hello@lazybranding.com, submitted through lazybranding.com/contact, or sent in writing to:
